Qualify - Title I Part C Education Program

Basic Eligibility Criteria Migratory Child  The child in younger than age 22, the child is eligible for a free public education  under state law made a qualifying move on own or with a migratory worker within the preceding 36 months. Migratory Worker A parent, guardian, or student that has made a qualifying move within the preceding 35 months and engaged in new qualifying work soon after move  or actively sough qualifying work soon after move and has recent history of moved (two or more). . . .
