Welcome to the Mentoring Program at ESU 13!

If you are reading this, you are probably in your first year here as an ESU 13 employee. We want to welcome you to the ESU 13 Team and the Mentoring Program!

The Mentoring Program was developed to assist new employees in better understanding of ESU 13 culture, history, and expectations. A group of veteran ESU 13 employees have collaborated to help bring a positive culture and smooth transition to new ESU 13 staff members.

We are here for you! Throughout your first year here, ESU 13 Mentors will reach out to you periodically to check in and help answer any questions. Please feel free to reach out to any of the mentors with questions or concerns you might have.
