Door Access Notice for Bid
Educational Service Unit #13 (ESU13) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to install a door access control system in the new Sidney NE, Branch office. The project and specific services to be provided are described in the following.
The system must integrate into their current Focal Point Access Control management software. Doors must be controlled utilizing the HID Edge EVO Single-door Controller System. ESU13 will provide all networking infrastructure and wiring to complete the project.
The equipment shall be new models and in current production. Reconditioned, remanufactured or demo models shall not be accepted.
Proposals will be accepted until 3PM MST, Wednesday, March 11, 2020 Please submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of your bid in a sealed envelope or send one (1) copy electronically to the email provided. Bids will be evaluated at the meeting of the ESU 13 Board of Education, the evening of March 17, 2020. ESU 13 shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final. All bidding and award procedures undertaken by ESU 13 in regard to this project shall be consistent with the ESU 13's adopted procurement procedures. Pending funding approval, installation must be coordinated with the ESU13 technical team and the general contractor of the building project.
