Alexa Tollman
My plans for after graduation is to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and major in Agricultural education. I am excited for this next step and for the opportunities that lie before me. After receiving my degree, I plan to return to western Nebraska and teach agriculture in the classroom as well as being an FFA Advisor.
What has the Title IC Education Program done for you? I have really enjoyed getting to interact with the faculty at the Title IC Education Program and using resources they have provided me to succeed in scholarships, practice mental health techniques, and complete fun games with my family. I have greatly appreciated all of the support that I have received through my involvement with the Title IC Education Program.
Special thank you to who? I want to give a special thank you to my parents for encouraging me in everything I have set a passion for. They have always been there to support me in my personal growth, leadership skills, and academic challenges. I know I can count on my parents to lend me encouragement and be there for me as I look into my future.
Favorite quote? "Everything happens for a reason." - Aristotle. Whenever things start feeling overwhelming, difficult, like there is something missing. I think back to this quote. everything happens for a purpose but, you may not see it right away.
