The Title IC Education Program is a federally funded program
that provides support and supplemental
educational programs for migrant children to help reduce
obstacles that result from repeated moved across school district boundaries
All Tile IC services are based on the individual needs of the migrant children that it serves.
The word migrant refers to the mobility of an individual or family.
