Head Start Self Assessment Survey
The Educational Service Unit 13 Head Start and Early Head Start Programs would like to invite the Community to participate in our annual Self-Assessment Survey. The community self-assessment focuses on external factors for new and existing programs, ensuring they are providing the right services to the right population.
The Head Start program promotes school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children through the provision of culturally inclusive educational, health, nutritional, social and other services to Head Start-eligible children, their families and pregnant women. Please take the time to fill out the survey under the Head Start Department section of the www.esu13.org website.
