Professional Growth Goals
The Board of ESU#13 supports staff training to
increase capacity in service to schools.
All staff are asked to develop annual goals for
personal growth aligned with unit and department
goals. Certified staff are also required
to provide evidence of professional growth
(state statute 79-830) This requirement
may be met with six graduate hours of college
credit or ninety contact hours of alternative
activities such as workshops, conferences,
teaching college course and approved action
research.
