Improvement Committees
Based on results from a mid-winter staff survey,
areas for internal improvement are determined.
Committee members are chosen to increase
interdepartmental communication and to make use
of special skills. Only safety and
data/training are standing committees.
Others may change to meet needs of the unit to
function efficiently with increased teamwork.
Committees review data annually and plan for
needed changes on a continuing basis.
