ESU # 13 Goal:
Promote consistent quality service that
continually improves and expands.
The Goal was determined in October 2005
through a planning process involving staff and
service unit board members. Five sub-goals were
determined to fit under one over all goal as
objectives, or techniques to reach that goal.

training and technology support to schools and
