Academic Skills

Academic development is an important part of the curricula at LifeLink-Nebraska.  Students will receive a quality education by employing a comprehensive approach to learning.

Academic Skills:

Students are involved in activities such as:

•  Math/Financial management
•  Language Arts
•  Skills for Independence
•  Computer Literacy
•  Intensive Tutorial Assistance and support

LifeLink-NE promotes fun but, serious study is required to maintain good academic standing.

Students navigate throughout the public library independently. They develop social skills, independence, and an interest in books.

Art Exploration classes are provided by a local artist. Here one of the students explains his piece.

Students discover computer class can be fun!
