The Central/Western Nebraska Partnership For Children Who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing (CWNP) has an office based out of ESU 13. Laura Barrett is the local contact. The CWNP offers student activities, signing workshops, educational support, loaner FM Systems, lending library of materials, and many other supports to school districts in Western Nebraska.
